Kids become physically stronger, have more endurance, and experience a sense of joy and fun through play by participating in YMCA Youth Fitness and Wellness Programs. Youth establish meaningful relationships and a supportive community of friends, which encourages a sustained commitment to health and fosters a sense of achievement and heightened self-confidence.
TEEN WEIGHT TRAINING
This training is essential for teens who want to know how to safely perform a variety of cardiovascular and resistance training exercises so that they are able to use the Wellness Center when they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Class is offered by appointment. Registration is required.
