YMCA Members are now able to manage their Membership Account online. You can update your contact information, make a payment, change your billing method and view transaction history. Click My Y below for account access.
- If you currently have an email address and password on file with us, please enter this information
- If you do not have an account with our online system, but have signed up for programs or events in the past, please select "Find Account". If you have no YMCA history please select "Sign Up". You will need your last name, date of birth and zip code.
- If you need assistance or have forgotten your password, please email Brandy Washler at email@example.com to update your email address and/or have your password reset.
Once you have set up an account, you will be directed to your account. From this screen, you can:
- Update your contact information
- Change your password
- View and pay your balance for membership and programs
- Add a payment method (credit card or EFT bank draft)
- View transaction history
- Print receipt copies
If you have a question or concern about an invoice or your YMCA account balance, billing, or method of payment you can send a direct inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org and it will be forwarded directly to our business office. Note: emails are answered within 24 hours.
