We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.


Cycle for part of the class then tone your upper body using weights, resistance bands, and stability balls. For all levels and abilities—set your own pace.

Cycle & Tone classes are suitable for beginners as it starts with a cycling session, the greatest cardiovascular workout for burning the most calories in the quickest amount of time! This great thigh toning workout ends with a range of fitness exercises and stretching movements that are ideal for strengthening and toning your entire body.


Encounter slow climbs, short sprints and recovery spins for a high calorie burning cardio workout.

  • Indoor cycling classes are done in a fitness studio, with various light and music settings to create an energized atmosphere.
  • Instructors guide participants through workout phases. Warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc.
  • You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal.
  • All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face) and a water bottle.

Class is designed to give those with mobility problems a good cardio/strength workout without putting strain on the joints and bones. 

Strength & Stretch has improved the health and wellness of older adults and seniors as well as, physically limited individuals and those managing chronic conditions and chronic pain.
Strength & Stretch functional fitness workouts are designed to be done from both a seated workout and a standing workout position.


A mix of step and various other aerobic activities (circuit, yolates, and hi-lo). Step aerobics is a cardio workout that evolved from basic aerobics instruction in the 1980s. The program has many benefits, since the stepping platform can create several options for diversifying one’s aerobic routine. One of the common benefits includes an increase in intensity, resulting in a more effective workout. Another benefit is that step aerobics routines are easy to customize and learn, making them appropriate for all fitness levels. They can improve muscle tone and assist with balance.


A mind-body class combining yoga and Pilates exercises to develop a toned and lean body while improving posture and increasing vitality.  Class is suitable for beginners to advanced exercisers and offers many levels of modification.

An individual, tailor-made program developed with the student's specific needs in mind, improves the physiological flexibility and helps to develop a strong core. It also offers a way to lengthen, realign and redefine the body while improving posture, balance and coordination, easing chronic pain and focusing the mind. YOLATES helps to ease all types of tension and improve agility.


If you want to build a gorgeous lean and toned body, this low-impact class is for you!

TNT starts by utilizing light to medium weights to define the total upper body, then moves on to a mixture of floor and standing exercises work to target the thighs, seat, back, and abdominals. After each muscle group is worked, through high repetition using a small range of motion, it is alternately stretched to lengthen the muscles.
